2026 Holy Spirit June Summer Session
Our 2026 June Summer Session brought together 148 children for a week inspired by St. Francis of Assisi — the peacemaker, the lover of God’s creation, and the patron saint of animals. The children learned about his deep devotion to the Blessed Mother, shared stories and photos of their pets, discovered the beauty of reconciliation, and lifted their voices together in new songs of praise. Programs like this help children grow in faith, feel connected to their parish family, and experience the joy of learning in a safe, welcoming community. The journey of St. Francis, the peace maker.

St. Francis of Assisi began the tradition of the Creche as a gift to the towns people. A tradition that we hold true today.

St. Francis loved Our Lady of Poverty, Our Blessed Lady, Our Blessed Mother. The children visited the sites of Our Blessed Mother in Woodstown. They enjoyed the book, Our Lady’s Wardrobe, that took them on this journey.

Our fifth and sixth grade students visiting St. Joseph Church, visiting Our Lord and Our Lady. The children had an opportunity to attend Mass on Tuesday and Thursday and the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals. Students shared photos of their pets from dogs, cats, horses to chickens. They shared stories of their adopted pets.

At the end of each day the children came together to say a decade of the rosary and dismissed with singing the songs learned that day.
