Adult Faith Formation

Adult Faith Formation

Adult Faith Formation is the ministry in our Parish that works to provide ways for each of us to build our relationship with God, with Jesus and with our Community. We do that by fostering community events like soup suppers, movie nights and Lenten Neighborhood Masses held in people’s homes. We also do it by organizing annual parish missions and evenings of reflection as a means of nourishing our faith and by offering presentations by speakers who will help educate us in our faith as mature adults. No special skills or talents are needed to be a part of this ministry!

The Adult Faith Formation team welcomes anyone who wants to help organize these events and is willing to help do the work of planning and organizing. You won’t be leading these events – we bring in outside speakers or invite parishioners with the skills and education to lead the events. You just need to have a desire to help our community grow as a community of faith that is alive and growing.  For more information, please contact Deacon Bob Fanelli at 856-478-2294 x1004 or

Eucharistic Adoration

Spending time in quiet prayer before Jesus in the blessed sacrament is a recognition of His wondrous presence and a channel of His great graces for ourselves, our families, the whole Church, the entire world. We can adore Him for His infinite greatness, thank Him for His goodness, beg Him for forgiveness, or ask Him for our needs. Adoration opportunities are: the first Friday of the month, from
8:00 – 9:00 PM in Holy Name of Jesus Church, Mullica Hill; and the second Thursday of the month, from
7:30 – 8:30 PM in St. Joseph Church, Woodstown.

Scripture Study

There are several different Scripture and Bible Study Programs held at the Parish throughout the year. If you would like to study, reflect and deepen your love of the Word of God please join us. Watch the bulletin for announcements on the different series presented during the fall and spring. Topics vary but always provide an excellent opportunity for study, discussion and fellowship.
