We are there when you need a helping hand.

Companions on the Journey Ministry exists to embrace and uplift those who dedicate their lives to the care of others. Through our faith-driven support, we aim to provide caregivers with the spiritual, emotional, and practical resources they need to navigate their demanding roles. We believe that through community, compassion, and unwavering faith, we can help caregivers find strength, solace, and a sense of belonging, ensuring they never walk their journey alone.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

Caregiving is one of the most selfless and demanding roles, often requiring a delicate balance between personal responsibilities and the needs of the person being cared for. Emotionally, it can lead to isolation, stress, and burnout. Physically, the tasks are strenuous, causing fatigue and health issues. Witnessing a loved one’s decline, or even death, is emotionally taxing and can cause guilt. Despite these challenges, caregivers show resilience and compassion. Access to support and resources is crucial for their well-being.

ABOUT US

As faithful members of the Catholic Community of the Holy Spirit, we are moved by the Holy Spirit, we worship and praise our God, we love one another, and we Inspire Discipleship.  To that end, we are reaching out to our Parish Caregivers, who, from time to time, may need a helping hand.
