It is with great pleasure and humility that I extend to you this invitation to participate in the Holy Thursday foot washing ritual. As we prepare to commemorate the Last Supper, an event of profound significance in the Christian tradition, we are called to emulate the act of service and humility demonstrated by Jesus himself.
The foot washing ritual symbolizes the act of humble service and love for one another, as Jesus exemplified when he washed the feet of his disciples. It is a powerful reminder of the importance of selflessness and compassion in our lives.
Your presence and participation in this sacred ceremony would be deeply meaningful, as we come together as a community to reflect on the teachings of Christ and to renew our commitment to living lives of service and love.
The foot washing ritual will take place on Holy Thursday, March 28 at 7 pm, at the Mullica Hill Parish Center. Your willingness to participate would be a blessing to us all.
Please follow the link to SignUp Genius if you would like to volunteer to experience this special ritual. May this Holy Thursday be a time of reflection, renewal, and deep spiritual connection for us all.
