The Spirit is alive this weekend as we begin two weekends of celebrating First Communion for our children. Congratulations to them and their parents and families. We are blessed to have them in our community.
I also want to give you a heads up to two very important events this month.
The annual parish mission will begin Monday, May 20. With Fr. Larry Richards. A gifted and captivating speaker, preacher, retreat master, and author, Fr. Larry Richards holds the answer to some of life’s most profound questions. He has directed hundreds of retreats, parish missions, and conferences for young and old alike. His inspirational talks, presentations, and books are always authentic and enthusiastic. They have changed the hearts, minds, and lives of millions of listeners, and readers worldwide.

And we want you to know our GenNow youth ministry is active and growing. This Sunday, there will be floor hockey starting at 6:30 pm. Not only that, there will be a Cinco de Mayo party too. Come out at 630-8 in the WPC.
Parish picnic after Mass on May 18, Pentecost! That’s Saturday after the 4 o’clock Mass. Come hungry and enjoy!
