Singers are involved in all parts of music ministry. Small groups or ensembles serve to assist the assembly in prayer and in song. Through sung prayer we facilitate the singing and praying community to make our Liturgy truly the “work of the people”.
Cantors are the leaders of song during the Mass. The cantor’s responsibilities include proclaiming the Responsorial Psalm, teaching new music, and leading the assembly in hymns, songs and responses. Cantors rehearse various weeknights during the month, and during some choir rehearsals.

Adult Choir
The members of the Choir sing and play to accompany the Sunday Mass, as well as other special parish events and celebrations. All voice parts and instruments are welcome. Rehearsals are Thursday evenings, 7:15 pm in the Parish Center in Mullica Hill.
Music Ministry Group Leaders/Coordinators
Every group within the Parish Music Ministry has a coordinator serving as the contact person. The coordinator distributes and communicates information to members in coordination with the Music Director.
The coordinators meet regularly with the Music Director for planning, evaluation, and development of Parish Music Ministry.

Youth Music Ministry
A new Youth Music Ministry is forming now.  This group is open to all middle-school youth.  Group leaders are Dan Petrin and Mary Kopec.

All instrumentalists are welcome to accompany parish Liturgy. While most musicians will be a member of one of the above ministries, additional instruments are needed for Holy Days and other parish events and celebrations.
